Daniel Shirazi concentrates his practice on all areas of transactional real estate law. A seasoned lawyer, Daniel has extensive experience with all types of commercial and residential real estate transactions. His transactions include the financing, acquisitions, sales, and leases of commercial and residential properties throughout New York City and Long Island. Daniel has represented landlords, tenants, buyers, sellers, investors, developers, lenders, and borrowers in a variety of real estate transactions. Daniel’s extensive knowledge and understanding of the New York real estate market provides his clients with a unique and advantageous business perspective.
Daniel received his J.D. from the Touro Law Center and received his B.S. in Marketing from St. John’s University.
